Welcome Billy.........

This day last month I was on the road to go and be with
Cassie who was due to have her first baby..
Time flies

We welcomed William Reginald Robinson(Billy)
7lb 14oz on the 5/10/17

Very proud and very tired parents.

William is a family name on Ben's side, we also have our William.
So Billy it will be.

Billy is number 11 grandchild...
Yep proud Grandma here....

Cassie is very lucky to have her eldest sister living only 45mins up the road.
So I also got to hang out with these ratbags while there....which was crazy and a delight.

Grace turned 6 while I was there and I got to go to see
her at school. Grace is my eldest grandchild Wow these kids have been busy
in the last 6 years.

October came and went in a blur what with going in and out to Cassie's, this month will
be much quieter I think...Lots of time in the garden and looking forward to all being together at Christmas...

Have a blessed week

Where have I been the last 6 weeks

Not home...
The last 6 weeks has seen me out and about
a lot.

First I spent a couple of days with my Mum.
We went to the open gardens in Maleny. This was a feast for a gardeners eyes.

All these photos were taken in the one garden, after that I was so busy looking I forgot to take some photos.

Then we headed out to visit the girls out west.
First a overnight stop at Alanah & Cams in Dalby

And Charlie of course...This one is so cheeky, and look at those
Blue eyes..

Then we moved on to Glen Morgan to Cassie and Ben's...
To what is my dream house....hahah.
We took over Ben's saddle making studio.

To the scapbooking studio... I took all my supplies out and Cassie and I had a great time getting some much needed scrapbooking done. I just happened to leave it all out there when I left, guess I will have to go back.

We got the old wood stove working as it was cold and wet out there.
I taught Cassie how to cook on the stove and it has been going since..

Love these old stoves for cooking.

Jessica came for a visit to Cassie's as well.

Henry

Henry is growing so fast as are the girls.

Abby

Abby and Grace doing some painting like there Mum.

Grace

Hid and seek is always a favorite game with Uncle Will in the old homestead as there is so many places to hide.

Hide & seek

Soon it was time to say goodbye to Cassie and head back home.

Another stop at Dalby on the way home for a couple of nights.

Charlie

Morning cuddles
then back home for a little while...

Before long I got the phone call
That number 8 grand child was here...
William & David

But you will have to wait to meet her until the next post.

Im home..........

Home again after a all too quick visit out to Jessica's.
4 hours of driving through beautiful country on my own
listening to my choice of music....Yep Jimmy Barnes all the way.

What fun I had with these two cheeky rat bags and there perfect brother.
Henry really is the best baby, sleeps and feeds and is happy to lay on the rug
being entertained by his sisters.

We had a fun time doing some baking as well, always fun baking with Kids.
hahahah

They are happy with their biscuits and couldn't wait to eat them.

I tried to get in as many cuddles as I could.

A update with all 3 ..

Update here
I thought this post was updated last week but it seems I didn't hit the publish button
Woops

A walk in the front garden......

Hello and welcome.
We have been having the most amazing weather here so I have
been spending as much time as I can in the garden.

Here we are at the front gate...

Come on in and have a look around.

All the roses are blooming as are all the delphiniums that
self seeded from last summer.

The Jacaranda is starting to flower, soon the yard
will be a purple carpet.

This jacaranda tree is well over 60 years old and is my favorite tree.
Bruce being a plumber hates it as it clogs all the gutters up with the tiny leaves..

October really is the best month for my garden....

The front garden has a real cottage garden feel to it, and is shaded by\the Jacaranda.
I have so many David Austin roses, geraniums and saliva's to give this garden colour.

I hope you enjoyed your look around the front garden.
Next week I will show you the rest of the garden.
Tomorrow I am going to spend some time with my newest grandson Henry and his 2 sisters.
I am looking forward to spending time with them, so expect lots of baby photos when I get back.

Enjoy your week end...

Blessings

A New Baby a Party and aLong week end....

We had a long week end and managed to cram a lot in....

Introducing Henry Cameron Pimm
A little Brother for Grace and Abby and son for Jess and Lachlan.
Henry was born on thursday 1st October......

On Saturday Jess was at a wedding that Lach was a groomsman in and on Sunday she was here at home for our Party.

(I will get in trouble for that pic I'm sure lol)

All the work Bruce has been doing on the shed was for a good reason......We had our joint 50th Birthday on Sunday....

It is now known as the party shed......

The old stage that has always been used to store junk on was put to use as a stage for the live music...

It was such a good week end and even beter to have all my family home.....All 7 Children and now all 7 grandchildren....3 out of 4 of Bruces kids were home as well.....Makes for a large family....

OK Photo over load I know, but how can I not......Look at my Handsome sons, beatuiful granddaughters.....
The last one is The food station hahaha.....Food is important at a Storey Party.

OK one more of these cheeky boys....

Have a blessed week.
