It has been a hard two weeks laying on the beach and working on my tan, but it has to be done.
The boys lived at the beach and we are all so brown and healthy now. I used coconut oil this holiday as my sunscreen and yes it does work. I was amazed as I thought it would burn our skin.
The only thing was we missed sweet Harrisons 2nd birthday...He is growing up into a cheeky little rat bag....With 2 more grandbabies due this year I needed a holiday to recharge the batteries.
We had lots of rain the last couple of days, and what would camping be without the disaster story....Yep the brand new gazebo crashed.....
But on our last weekend there the sun came out and we were able to enjoy the Australia day celebrations, with our grand daughters. Uncle Will did the right thing and took Abby on the tea cup ride...This is such a happy photo.
We sat on the beach on our last night and waited for the fire works....
I am now looking forward to catching up with every one,as I had a blogging holiday as well...
Blessings to all

A New Years Drive.....
Things are going at a nice slow pace around here
Only 3 weeks of Summer holidays left and the children will be back at school.
On New years day we went for a drive to Queen Mary Falls.
It was fun there was 8 of us in the car and it is a good 2 hour trip with lots of stops along the way.
Plenty of walking once we got there, and the falls where amazing and so cool down at the bottom.
After lunch it was back in the car and home via Boonah
It's all about the drive....
And as I was driving there was lots of stops to look at old houses and sheds.
I love that old house it was just past Queen Mary Falls a real fixer upper.
The veiws were worth stopping and looking at, Well I thought so hahaha, I think every one was getting sick of the driver.
This old milk shed in the middle of no where...
William feeding the birds, as they were every where.
Such a nice relaxing enjoyable day, a great way to start the New Year.
Thank you for all the encouarging comments on my new adventure with the shop...
My offical opening day will be
Thursday 29th January....
Blessing to all

Shop Open
Welcome to 2015
This year I have to decided to follow my dream of opening a shop.
Today is my first day.
A while ago I read a Quote that said
"If you are not doing what you LOVE
then you are wasting your life"
Now I love my life and all that I do. I enjoy craft, soap making, candle making, shopping at op shops and all these fun things.
So why not continue to do this on a wider scale.
I have really enjoyed getting back and doing the markets so opening a shop is a extention of this.
It's a hobby really, that I have so much fun doing that I can fill a shop, so I have!!!!
I won't be open every day just Thursday - Saturday 9:30 -4:30.
We will see what the new year brings and I am going to enjoy my little shop.
HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL
Mandy
